The Fanuc Olympics 2025 concluded with enthusiasm and strong participation from schools, ITS institutes, and young technicians across Italy.
This national competition, focused on robot programming and technical skills in industrial automation, also involved Ideativa as a training partner.
Two first-year students from the 2023–2025 class of ITS Biomedicale Mirandola, trained and mentored by our team, had the opportunity to put their classroom and lab skills to the test, tackling hands-on challenges in high-tech environments.
Robotics, problem solving, and real-world growth
During the competition, the students stood out for:
-
autonomy in robotic programming
-
Operational management in simulated industrial settings
-
Adaptability and precision under pressure
They earned an excellent 5th place out of 21 participating institutes, confirming the value of practical, skills-oriented robotics training.
Beyond competition: a training experience
The Fanuc Olympics is more than just a contest — it’s a concrete opportunity to develop both technical and soft skills, including:
-
Fanuc robot programming with RoboGuide
-
teamwork and collaboration
-
time and error management
-
problem-solving mindset
For Ideativa, supporting students in facing these challenges means helping to build the next generation of professionals ready for the world of industrial automation.
Conclusion
Although the competition has ended, the value of the journey remains.
Congratulations to both students for their dedication and commitment.
We will continue to invest in technical training and robotics simulation to prepare tomorrow’s industry experts.
