OFF LINE PROGRAMMING
We can support you in carrying out the most complex processes, developing robot programming through a virtual cell. We will allow you to spare time in installation and test, to face in advance the main process issues, to significantly reduce system’s downtime.
DESIGN
We carry out a complete design of robotic cells, starting from selection and customization of the pliers to the study and creation of perimeter protections.
CYCLE TIME ASSESSMENT AND SIMULATION
We create complete kinematics and dynamics simulations for an accurate evaluation of cycle time of automated processes. This will enable you to estimate more precisely encumbrance and time limits of proposed automations.
TESTING AND VALIDATION
We develop and create functional tests to check and validate the more critical phases of the process and to evaluate the most unfavourable approach of Man-Machine interaction.
PLANNING
