The digitalization of production processes is changing in concrete terms the way robotic systems are designed, tested and managed.
Today, tools such as virtual simulation, data monitoring and performance optimization allow companies to reduce time, errors and costs from the earliest development stages of a robotic cell.
To explore these topics in greater depth, the Biomedical Digital Solutions Day with ABB Robotics was created: an event organized by Ideativa with ABB Robotics, in collaboration with ITS Biomedicale Academy Mario Veronesi, dedicated to digital products and services for Industry 4.0.

The workshop explores the topic of process monitoring and presents ABB’s digital architecture for data collection and production performance analysis: ABB OptiFact.
With ABB OptiFact, it is now possible to design customized applications to collect and analyze data from production systems, understand what is really happening in production and act more quickly and effectively on process optimization.
Robotic simulation: why it is increasingly central today
During the event, the topic of virtual simulation of robotic cells will also be addressed through ABB RobotStudio.
