Developing technical skills in robotics and automation from the education stage is essential to meet the challenges of Industry 4.0. This is why IDEATIVA proudly supports the ABB RoboCup, a national robotics competition recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education, aimed at making industrial robotics accessible and engaging for high school students.

A training program for the future of industry

In line with our mission to promote technological culture and advanced skills, we launched a technical training program dedicated to students of the ITS Biomedicale Mirandola, selected from the most motivated individuals in their first and second years.
The course focuses on:

  • Collaborative and industrial robotics
  • Offline programming with RobotStudio
  • Problem solving applied to automation

Students work hands-on with real ABB robots and in a virtual environment using RobotStudio, ABB’s official software for simulation and programming. This blended approach allows them to test and optimize solutions safely, building practical skills that are highly relevant to real industrial contexts.

Strategic skills for industrial automation

This initiative fits into our broader goal of training for industrial automation, aiming to:

  • Introduce young talents to robotics in production environments
  • Provide real-world skills to support career growth
  • Promote technical training through realistic simulations

Learning by doing: a real-world challenge

The ABB RoboCup is more than a competition—it’s a complete learning experience that tests both technical and soft skills. Supporting this initiative means investing in tomorrow’s workforce, equipping them to take on the demands of the digital transformation in industry.

IDEATIVA continuerà a promuovere la formazione in robotica e automazione attraverso progetti concreti, in collaborazione con istituzioni formative e partner tecnologici di riferimento.
