Developed an application that integrates a 2D Sensopart vision camera with our ABB’s GOFA CRB15000 robot to enable more advanced object manipulation.
This system allows for application configuration and adjustment of process parameters in a few simple steps, and with the software, the process can also be monitored continuously.
The sensor is thus able to recognize the center of objects and tells the robot the position of their center of gravity, facilitating the centering of the robot tool with the object.
This application provides an integrated solution for precise object manipulation, improving the efficiency and accuracy of robot operations. The interaction between the 2D Sensopart camera and the ABB GOFA CRB15000 robot opens up new possibilities for advanced automation applications in various industries.
