This is one of the reasons why we have been collaborating for years with ITS Biomedicale di Mirandola, giving students the opportunity to put robotics, programming and automation skills into practice directly within the company.<\/p>\n<p>During the second year of the training program, our technicians support students through hands-on activities, allowing them to work with real applications and technologies used every day in industrial environments.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/embed\/feed\/update\/urn:li:ugcPost:7460642332288307200?compact=1\" height=\"399\" width=\"504\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"\" title=\"Post incorporato\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Among the latest experiences developed together is the project carried out by Stefano Raspa, a young trainee from the 4.0 course, who after several weeks of training focused on collaborative robots and vision systems had the opportunity to experiment with the Symplexity cell through an unconventional exercise: creating engravings on wooden panels.<\/p>\n<p>After selecting the tools and operating parameters, Stefano programmed the robot to follow precise paths while controlling spindle pressure and speed in real time during the machining process. The final result was a carefully engraved object, created through the combination of human creativity and robotic precision.<\/p>\n<h2>From theory to real-world application<\/h2>\n<p>Experiences like this demonstrate how important it is to combine theoretical training with practical experimentation.<\/p>\n<p>Programming a robot in an operational environment means dealing with real variables, motion control, tool selection and machining parameter optimization.
